All orders are shipped with GLS, DHL, or PostNL, depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If your order contains a pre-order or item with longer delivery time, the order will ship once all items are available.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

If a package is returned to sender, the additional shipping cost to resend the order must be paid by the customer.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased with a promotion or discount can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return causes the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Furniture Orders (Special Policy)
Furniture from Charlie Crane, Bermbach Handcrafted, and Moonboon is shipped directly from the manufacturer under drop-shipping terms.
Processing Time
Furniture orders require 1–2 weeks processing time before shipment.

Furniture Cancellations
Furniture orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order.
After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed with the manufacturer.
Furniture Returns
Returns are not accepted for furniture items shipped under drop-shipping conditions.
However, product defects will be handled appropriately unless the issue was caused during shipping.
